Title of the technology: Improved cropping pattern: Boro–Jute–T. Aman Year of innovation: 2021 |
2. |
Indroduction: The Boro-Fallow-T. Aman cropping pattern is cultivated in almost all districts of Bangladesh covering 2.31 million hectares of medium-high land. It is possible to cultivate three crops including jute crop instead of two crops in the said land. Generally seedlings are transplanted at 40-45 days in case of Boro and 30-35 days in case of T. Aman. The utility of this technology was verified through a research program from 2016 to 2020 in farmers' fields. |
3. |
